THE SECRETS OF BECOMING A PROFESSIONAL NETWORK MARKETER

As I think back over the years I've been in this industry,
and evaluate the reasons for my set backs and success,
one thing becomes very apparent:

Success came when the emotion left.

Let me explain...

When most people first get involved in this industry,
they usually do it out of excitement or out of bieng "BALIW"

It's an emotional decision.

Unfortunately, this is an industry of business ownership pursued by
people who have never been business owners.

For the most part, the disciplines and skills necessary for success in
network marketing are completely foreign to them.

So here they go...

Spending money, investing time, and pushing outside their comfort-zone
for the very first time out of a very strong and emotional desire to achieve,
coupled with an equally strong fear of failure.

They feel like they've been dropped into a fishbowl and have to sink or swim.

- Each prospect called is a call of a lifetime.
- Each friend prospect holds the key to their futures.
- Each meeting attended contains the secret to success.
- Each follow-up call answered by a prospect is a shot to the gut.
- Every peso spent on invites is a gamble.
- Each call to the upline that's not answered is personal.

The sky starts falling to the ground with "NO".

There is no abundance mentality present.
It's all run on emotion because of that.

And this is why they quit.

This is how I felt in my years in this industry.
It was a complete roller coaster,
which always ended in a frustrated,
exhausted, and saddened rider.

And I see it every day with new networkers.

Honestly, nothing scares me more than the complete jubilation and
level 10 enthusiasms of a new rep who can't wait to share the opportunity
with anything with a pulse.

"Ok ka lang erdy(me)? Yung ganon tao nga ang gusto kong maging downline eh!"

Well, that's quite possible =)
But here's the reason for my fear:

Everything that goes up must come down,
and when it comes to emotions surrounding a business,
it's a recipe for disaster.

Emotion in this industry are typically generated due to a fear-of-loss or poverty mindset.

Building a business from the ground up for the very first time is hard.
You will experience failure (LEARNING) daily.

And if you are emotionally involved with these learning experiences,
it will cause you pain and you will stop doing the things which cause that pain,
(like uncomfortably approaching total strangers at mrt stations).
And bam... You're done unless your "reason why" is big enough
and strong enough to push you onward through the pain.

True professionals feel no differently about success and failure.
They are just part of everyday business and treated as such
because they live in a mind-state of ABUNDANCE.

Today, everyday is just another day at the office. It's fun.
I love what I do, but the emotional highs and lows are gone.

In short, I've grown up and into a professional.

Even if mawalan pa ako ng no.1 producer ko in my team...

So what???

I won't even waste my time wondering why. I won't even take it personal.

And mostly, I will never chase & convince him to get back.

He has his own decision, and I will respect that.

There are an endless number of people out there just like him that I will definitely Find.

That's ABUNDANCE MENTALITY! =)

The decision was made, so the emotional roller coaster came to an end.

Now it was time to just go to work every day,
and treat the good and the bad for what they really are...
just a part of doing business.

- The no-shows invites?
Just another day at the office.

- The new guy who talks big and then never does?
Just another day at the office.

- The new distributor joining 100 sign ups from his old company?
Just another day at the office.

Keep your emotions out of your day-to-day building. There will be highs and lows.

Just Don't Let Them Affect You! =)

Wow, napaka-importante ng topic na ito kapatid! =)

So many people looking to start a MLM business are
under  the impression that you have to become
a door-to-door sales person, professional telemarketer,
or an Avon lady doing home meetings to make money.


ALL WRONG.
(Well, unless you like to do that sort of thing...)

Here is the rule we live by as business owners:
"We sort and we market. We DO NOT sell!"

 One of the quickest ways to fail in network marketing
is to become a sales person.

A selling superstar is easy to spot.
They jump in with two feet and start sponsoring people like crazy...
I'm talking 20-30 reps a month. You couldn't be more excited,
and you think you've just hit the MLM jackpot!

Here's what will happen. Within two months, all of those
new reps sponsored by your super-star, start dropping
like flies until nobody's left.

Bakit nangyari yun? Because people can't be duplicated.
The superstar's new people can't do what he did, and he can't
figure out why. After all, it was so easy...

This is why having an effective system is so important.
Systems ARE semi-duplicatable because they level the
playing field for everyone.

I say semi-duplicatable, because once again... People don't
join a company, they join you, which means you and your Alpha
or Beta status will have a massive impact on your sponsoring success.

In the end, when it comes to selling a business opportunity,
your results will eventually fall onto your shoulders...

Do you have personal value to offer this person?

Are you an Alpha leader?

Will they gain power by associating with you?
 So how do you know when you are selling so you can avoid it?


The moment you starting explaining ANYTHING about your
product or business you are selling.

If you say anything more than the name of the company or product and cite a testimonial,
you are selling.


If you start to tell them the ingredients or price,
you are selling.

If you start to tell them what it does,
you are selling.

If you start to explain the compensation plan or give the background of the company founders,
you are selling!


DON'T DO IT!


Professionals sort. Amateurs sell.

Think of yourself as a professional promoter. It is your job to hand outinformation to as many people as possible about a very exciting
business opportunity or product. That's it.


YOUR ONLY JOB is to get out marketing tools to as many people
as possible because it's these marketing tools that will do the selling for you.

Whether it's a website (tulad nung sakin), e-books, CD, brochure, or DVD movie...

They contain your presentation. They do all of the legwork for you.
Gone are the days when you have to know anything and
everything about your product or business, and sit down for 2-3 hours across from someone at Mcdo, SM Foodcourt, Canteens, or Ministop just to "show the plan."


The tools will sell the business and the product for you.
You simply need to worry about selling yourself as a Leader.

Listen friend, you could take a 50-year-old, fifth generation farmer from Benguet and put him to work in the field with some hand tools, or you could take a kid from Ateneo, and stick him in a tractor. Who will be able to harvest the bigger crop?

The kid from Ateneo! It wasn't his lifetime of experience
that gave him the edge. It was his tools.

Let the marketing tools do the sorting and selling for you.

Don't waste your time with the people who don't get it.

Huwag ka nang magtaka why your best friend or next door neighbor
didn't see the same opportunity you did. That is not your concern.
Your concern is giving them the opportunity to simply say yes or no.

All you are doing with each new person you expose to your business
or product is creating the opportunity for something good to happen.

The more opportunities you create, the more success you will have.

Madali lang ba talagang kumita sa internet?

May mga nagtatanong sa’kin…“Madali lang ba talagang kumita sa internet?” Sagot ko…YES… Making money online is EASY kung…1) Tama ang mindset mo, kung tama ang approach or strategies mo…2) At kung tamang mga tao ang mga sinasamahan at pinakikinggan mo.YES madali lang kumita sa internet! Pero hindi ibig sabihin na wala ka ng kaylangang gawin. Kaya nga tinawag na MAKE money at EARN money online.Ibig sabihin you need to MAKE it and EARN it.Hindi naman sinabing MAGIC money online or DO NOTHING money online. (I know you get my point right?)Minsan kasi nami-misinterpret ng mga tao kapag sinasabi ko na…“Make Money Online Quickly and Easily!!!”YES! it is EASIER to make money kumpara sa ibang mga options tulad ng pagiging empleyado or pagkakaron ng traditional na business.Dahil sa isang internet business, may System at mga Tools ka na pwedeng magagamit para mapadali ang trabaho mo.Yes it is FASTER to make money kumpara sa traditional business, dahil sa isang online business, may mga training and marketing ka na pwedeng aralin.Hindi mo na kaylangang mag-trial and error katulad sa isang traditional business.Pero uulitin ko, hindi ibig sabihin na wala ka ng gagawin dahil kaylangan mo pa rin humataw at gumawa ng aksyon.May mga iba kasi na… magda-drive na nga lang ng traffic (Magpapapunta ng mga tao sa isang website) eh umaangal pa, ang hirap-hirap daw ng gagawin. Haller?!May mga iba pa nga na sasali lang sa isang online business, tapos wala namang gagawin, tapos magrereklamo na mahirap daw.Para sa’kin ang mahirap ay yung gigising ka ng 6:00 AM para matrapik ng dalawang oras para pumasok sa trabaho na magsisimula ng 9:00 AM tapos matatapos ng 7:00 PM, tapos makakauwi ka ng 9:00 PM na ng gabi dahil mata-trapik ka ulit ng dalawang oras.Ang bangungot bukas same routine nanaman at 5 times every week mong gagawin yan.YAN ANG MAHIRAP! Pero Making Money Online… its EASY!Bakit ko nasabi?Ito ang example.Sa Ignition Marketing…- Hindi mo na kaylangang mag-present at magbenta-benta sa harap ng mga tao, dahil meron kaming “selling system” na ginagamit na s’yang bahala sa pag-present, pag-encourage sa mga potential prospects para bumili.- Hindi mo rin kaylangang gumising at umuwi ng gabi dahil sa isang online business na kagaya ng Ignition Marketing, pwede mong gawin ang business mo kahit nasa bahay ka lang o kahit nasaan ka man.- May ginawa rin kaming automated “Follow up system” na magagamit ng mga members, para hindi na nila kaylangang mag-follow up ng mga clients (kung ayaw nila).- Hindi rin kaylangan lumabas ng bahay at bumyhe sa trapik araw-araw (Katulad kung employed ka) dahil may mga staff kami na nag-ha-handle ng mga payments. Tapos yung mga commissions na kinikita ng mga members ay diretsong nnilang atatanggap sa mga bank account nila.‘Yan ang mga dahilan kung bakit nasabi kong MAKING MONEY ONLINE IS EASY!Pero uulit-ulitin ko… YOU Need To Take Action!Actually… You Need To Take MASSIVE ACTION!Kahit ano pang pasukin mong career… kapag tatamad tamad ka, kung hindi ka kikilos, hindi ka magiging successful.Madali lang maging successfula at yumaman sa ganitong klaseng business, madaling kumita ng mabilis!Nakakalula nga minsan kung iisipin dahil kahit ako,…hindi ako makapaniwala sa kinikita ko sa business ko (Lalo ng nuong unang beses pa lang akong kumikita)At lalong hindi ako makapaniwala sa mga kinikita ng members ng Ignition Marketing.Meron isang undergrad, kumita ng almost P200,000 sa loob lang ng 90 days.Meron naman isang accountant, Kumita ng P177,600 sa loob ng mahigit 3 buwan.Meron isang tambay kumita ng P111,000 doing his business part time.Meron naman 1st time pumasok sa ganitong klaseng busines pero kumita kagad ng P37,800 wala pang isang buwan.Eto ang malupit…dating namamasukan bilang isang kasambahay, Kumita ng P70,000+ sa loob ng 2 months.Meron rin isang teacher kumikita na ng 24,800 sa loob ng 60 days.Nakakagulat talaga mga resulta nila…Imagine kung magkano na ang kikitain ng mga taong ‘yan after a year or two?Sigurado ako worth MILLIONS na!Kaya ngayon… kung may magtatanong ulit sa’kin ng tanong na…“Madali lang ba talagang kumita sa internet?”Isasagot ko lang sa kanila ng mabilis ay…“OO madali lang!”Ikaw?…Do you want to make money online quickly & easily ?Kung OO, Eto yung mga gagawin mo…1) Surround yourself with the right people and right kind of mentors. Mga taong magsasabi sa’yo kung ano ba talagang kaylangan mong marinig, at hindi yung gusto mo lang marinig.2) Learn the basics and BUT keep on learning. Consistently improve your skills.3) Get the RIGHT Marketing System na tutulong sa’yo at male-leverage mo.4) At pinaka importante sa lahat… Kumataw ka! Take Massive Action at wag kang hihinto kahit anong mangyari hanggang sa makuha mo ang mga goals mo!Gawin mo ‘yang apat na ‘yan and have fun making money online the EASY way!
