"How To Write Effective Ads"

Because most home business owners never learn how to write effective ads, they typically end up buying the advertising results from lead companies in the form of over-priced, over-sold, prospects who are not even in your REAL target market to begin with.
In other words, you end up wasting a ton of money.
I can't tell you how many people I've talked to who start a business in this industry and the first thing they do is go out and place a classified ad in the Penny Saver, or their local newspaper that looks something like this:
"Work From Home!
New Health Product is Taking World By Storm!
Call John Doe at (his home number)."
And then they are shocked after they spent $200 and got 3 phone calls from people who are broke and looking for a job.
Well I place ads too and these ads that bring in hundreds or even thousands of leads.
The opt-in rate for my capture page can be as high as 60% which is unheard of.
What’s the difference between the ads most distributors write, and mine?
Well writing a great ad that gets results is an actual science. There are influential triggers that you can use, and people are genetically programmed to respond to them at a subconscious level. They simply can’t help it.
We’ve already talked about one of these many triggers and that’s how people are programmed to acquire pleasure and avoid pain.
Next time you’re in the grocery store, I want you to look closely at the headlines used on the covers of the magazines while you wait in line.
Most of them will be negative, and that’s not an accident.
The publishers of these magazines know that you are genetically programmed to notice and respond to the pain of other people.
That’s why you always look at a car wreck.
It’s a survival instinct kicking in. Your genes want you to notice that pain, so you can identify and avoid it in the future.
The rest of the headlines on the magazine cover will be positive and benefit driven like…
“How to lose 10 pounds in 10 days” or “5 Little-Known Ways To Retire Rich”
But that’s just the beginning.

There are layers and layers of psychology you can weave into your ads and sales presentations which will sky-rocket your results.
One commonly used trigger seen throughout our industry is called “Social Proof”.
This principle states that we determine what is correct by finding out what other people think is correct.
Before modern times, social proof was used in order to survive. If you saw a lot of other people eating an unknown plant, then you knew the plant was safe to eat.
In effect, it provides us with a short cut through the decision making process.
Advertisers often tell us their product is the “best-selling” or “highest-rated” because they don’t have to convince us directly that the product is good. They only need to demonstrate that many others already think so.
The power that comes with social proof through personal recommendations and 3rd part validation has always played an extremely important role within this industry where we usually find it in the form of testimonials.
We use them extensively throughout our site because we want you to know that there’s no risk in purchasing our material. We want you to make sure you know that thousands of other people from around the world have been extremely excited about what they’ve learned from our products and are thrilled they decided to become a customer.
You need to do the same.
People don’t like to look like fools or make poor decisions.
Testimonials serve as an important form of evidence and validation within your ads, and when used correctly, can boost the results of your marketing and recruiting efforts tremendously.
You know it’s funny…
Once I learned the concepts behind Magnetic Sponsoring, I actually came to a point where I literally refused to pitch networkers on my opportunity.
It just seemed like a silly thing to do… Comparing apples to apples and playing the mine is better than yours game like everyone else.
And this different approach worked like crazy.
You see, sponsoring new distributors is actually very easy to do.
In fact, once you learn the strategies of Magnetic Sponsoring, you’ll actually get to a point where you’ll have to turn potential distributors away. You simply won’t have the time to work with everyone.
If you want to get to this point, where you’re literally turning applications away, here’s how to do it…

How To Get Your Prospects To Buy Anything You Sell

"Nobody who bought a drill actually wanted a drill, they wanted a hole.
Therefore, if you want to sell drills, you should advertise information about making holes – NOT information about drills"
So here‘s what that means...
Our product is not what you and I, as networkers, really think it is.
People don't care about your opportunity.
They just don't.
They haven't been waiting all of their lives to be an MLM distributors so why should it surprise you when they say 'no thanks'?
What they do care about, is finding a solution to their problem. Whether that be a lack of money, or time with their family, etc...
Your job, is to position your opportunity as the solution to that problem... But you've got some hurdles to jump over in order to do that successfully:
Hurdle 1: You can't sell.
Hurdle 2: People hate to be sold.
Hurdle 3: They will rarely see you, a complete stranger, as anything more than a sales person trying to get into their wallet.
The SOLUTION to your problem, is in the quote above, and here is what it means...
"Nobody who bought a drill, actually wanted a drill." - You didn't buy your MLM business because you wanted an MLM business.
"They wanted a hole." - You want more money, time, etc...
"Therefore, if you want to sell drills, you should advertise information about making holes – NOT information about drills!" - People don't want your opportunity. They want the benefits that it can provide them. And don't like to be sold (they like to buy!).
You want to get your prospects to sell themselves on using your opportunity as the tool with which to accomplish their goals.
The best way to do that, is to market and promote information on how to drill a hole, faster, easier, and cheaper.
You don’t market your opportunity and products directly. That’s what a sales person does.
You market and promote useful information. That’s what a consultant does.
Put yourself in your prospect’s shoes for a minute and pretend that you’re researching your opportunity online.
You type the name of your company into Google and hundreds of websites belonging to other distributors come up, pitching the company.
Are you just going to call up one of those people randomly and join them, or are you going to seek out a leader who’s offering real expertise and value?
You’re going to join the leader of course.
Whether he knows it or not, he’s practicing Magnetic Sponsoring.
With a few specific tweaks to his marketing pieces, he’s basically separated himself from every other distributor in his company, and found a way to get invited into his prospect’s world.
In fact, let me share real-world story with you that might help you fully understand this concept…
My friends Brad & Amber just bought a nice 1.3 acres of Texas hill country property just south of Austin with a  beautiful vista in the back over-looking the hills. A golf course in the works. A small lake stocked with bass and his next door neighbor is the Ambassador to Mexico!
Anyway, we took my truck out there because I've got my eye on the lot right next to theirs, and made a day trip of it.
The two of them just got married recently and after noticing the ring on Amber's finger, I asked her where they got it.
"Americu's Diamond" was the answer, which turned out to be the perfect example of a Magnetic Sponsoring type of marketing campaign.
What does a jewelry store have to do with networking you ask?
Well ordinarily not much, but THIS store does because of HOW they build their business.
For as many years as I can remember, Americus has been advertising a late-night 30 minute diamond grading course on the local cable channels here in town.
They have NOT been advertising their diamonds for Valentine's Day, anniversaries, etc.
In fact, they weren't advertising their diamonds at all!
What they WERE doing, was advertising this free course which will teach you, the viewer, how to select and grade a diamond yourself, so you know if you're really getting a deal or not when you DO decide to go shopping where ever that may be.
So do you see what they have done here?
Do you see how smart these guys are?
Instead of positioning themselves as just another jewelry peddler, they have positioned themselves as EXPERTS, who freely GIVE their help and guidance which then builds TRUST and a RELATIONSHIP with their viewers.
"I don't want your money now. I want to help you first."
The end result:
THEY DESTROYED the competition. I mean CLOBBERED THEM!
Americu's Diamond is now the largest diamond dealer in the entire country!!!
The moral of the story is this:
When your audience sees you as an expert who wants to help, instead of a sales person after a dollar, they will gladly come and pursue you, as soon as they are ready to make a purchase.
Experts never have to advertise a sales pitch, yet they always have a line of eager customers waiting outside their door.
It's the greedy, short-sighted, selfish bunch who have to hawk their wares day-in and day-out.
So stop advertising your opportunity, and start advertising your expertise and your knowledge.
In the phone scripts you use. The sizzle calls you plug your leads into. The emails you send. Then conference calls you hold. The cover letters you write.
Everything you say or do needs to enhance your position as an expert and a leader who can show your prospect exactly how to get what he really wants.
Because that reason, and only that reason is why your prospects will join you in your business.
So which person are you?
Are you one of the thousands of other reps using the same replicated sites provided by the company? Are you just calling leads and plugging them into conference calls like everyone else?
Are you just offering the business or do you have something more to offer personally as a leader and mentor?
I hope you understand the significance of this strategy, because it will completely change your life if your implement it.
You’ll sell more product and sponsor more reps than you could imagine, with 90% less effort.
You will become the hunted instead of the hunter and one of the biggest advantages in doing so is that you don’t have to waste any more of your money buying low quality leads like everyone else.
And speaking of lead generation, let’s dive into that real quick because there are a few secrets I’ve discovered over the years when it comes to acquiring leads that you need to know…

'Tips: Eight life lessons to learn before you're 30'

Better to know this while still young.

8. Long-Term Planning Means Success
Why buy a laptop or tablet, when you can invest the money into a
sideline business that can pay for a laptop every year?
7. Things happen for a reason
Get kicked out of one school, end up in another where
you meet your real passion and future wife
6. Trust your instincst
Thoughtful and constructive advice is good, but don't
underestimate your own experience and knowledge
5. Time is indeed money
Now that you're older, wasting time really means you
won't achieve anything
4. Change is the only constant
Adapt to the world, because it won't adopt you
3. Success is relative
Not all of us will be happy with a six-figure salary and
that fancy sports car, success starts with knowing what
you really want.
2. Work smart, not work hard
Always strive for minimum effort, maximum return
1. You will always have haters
Don't try to make everyone like you, only concentrate on
those who are important to your life..

"The Two Types Of People To Recruit For Your Business"

And How To Find Them?"

The first thing we need to do is realize that "Network Marketing is an industry of marketing and promotion, pursued by people who have no idea how to market or promote."
I know that’s a bit ironic, but that is the simple truth.
95% of networkers are employees with no business ownership experience what-so-ever.
This is also why so many upline leaders teach the "shot gun" approach of making your list of 100 warm market contacts, getting information to them, and seeing who sticks... Anyone can do that. You don't need any marketing skills what-so-ever.
The only reason you're told to make a list and give CD's or your website to 100 people is that your upline knows that you've only got about 1 or two weeks of "pumped up" emotional enthusiasm about your new business and then the likely-hood that you'll ever do anything drops down to about 30% or less.
There are smarter ways to build your business which is what Magnetic Sponsoring is all about.
The first thing we need to do is define our target market. Essentially, your target market consists of people who are already using or consuming what you’re promoting.
When I first got started with my primary company, I had just quit my full time job as a physician recruiter for hospitals and was waiting tables.
As I started talking with my sponsor about how I should begin building my business, I had the brilliant (or so I thought), idea of going after other recruiters like myself. Some people use the term 'Head Hunter'.
And why not!?
What better person to bring into the business than a professional recruiter! They have great phone skills. They're not afraid to call strangers. They interview people for a living, and have MASSIVE rolodexes of top notch people in various industries.
A week later I had found, and then purchased a list of 6,000 recruiters from around the country. I started making phone calls and mailing packets.
Two months later, I had zip. Zero response.
I didn't get it.
What could have gone wrong with my brilliant master plan!?
Well, simply put, you can't sell a steak to a vegetarian now matter how incredible it might be. You can't market a product to someone who does not have the desire to consume it already present.
You can't sell an opportunity to someone who isn't looking for one, no matter how 'perfect you think they would be' or how much money you think they could make.
The first rule of marketing, is to sell products people want to buy, to the people who want to buy them.
Pretty basic stuff, but you'd be surprised how often people get it wrong, especially network marketers.
My lesson was learned and here is what I want to pass onto you today...
In our industry, we have two target markets:
The first is our potential business partners.
This target market consists of one primary group of people: Other network marketers, or people who buy products and services related to building a network marketing business.
That's it.
My best advice is to only market to people who are currently in network marketing, or who used to be in it.
Can you go recruit your brother, neighbor, doctor, co-workers, or your Uncle Bob?
Yes, but that should be a "by-the-way" activity, meaning that if you happen to run into them and peak their curiosity, great.
But you should never, ever make those people the primary targets for your marketing efforts.
Only market to other networkers because these are the people actively buying what you sell! Opportunity leads are typically opportunity seekers, which is different than an opportunity buyer
Network marketers are 'opportunity buyers'!
A business seeker is nothing more than someone who filled out a survey and raised their hand to say "I would like to earn extra money."
That's it... And that's no different than me saying, "I would like to play professional baseball."
That doesn't not mean I have the skill set, desire, and ability to actually play pro baseball right?
So we are looking for people who already play the game.
Personally, I never buy opportunity leads anymore and if I were, then I wouldn't market my primary business to them first. I'd market a front-end retail information product like Magnetic Sponsoring and myself as a leader.
This will help me generate instant cash-flow to pay for the lead costs and saves me a lot of time because it helps me instantly identify who’s truly serious about building a business and who isn’t.
Ok, our second target market consists of product customers. Because most people are in a nutrition based opportunity, we'll use that as an example.
Most people would think that their target market consists of people who have health issues.
But we want to get more specific than that.
How about people who have health concerns, and who actually spend money each month on health products... These people are your TRUE target market.
Just remember the difference between people who simply inquire about your offer, and those who are already spending money on something similar.
So how do you find people in these two categories?
Well that’s easy these days thanks to the internet.
For example, in the MLM Traffic Formula course, we teach you how to set up an entire marketing and lead generation campaign using articles, online press-releases, search engine placement, and pay-per-click.
Pay-Per-Click is my personal favorite because it allows me to show my advertisements just to the people who are actively looking for what I’m promoting.
This is called "target marketing, and it's the foundation of your marketing efforts.
Now when it comes to finding other network marketers, a lot of people ask me about genealogy lists. These are distributor lists of network marketers from their company or upline who have gone out of business or left the industry.
These are obviously targeted lists, but you’re left with the problem of how to contact them.
You can’t email the list because they didn’t opt-into your list, which means your only other option is to call them.
Personally, I didn't get into MLM to make 100-300 cold calls a day. That's what I did in my corporate days.
So, I found a way to get networkers to call me and this is what I teach others how to do in Magnetic Sponsoring Course.
In the last 60 days alone, over 15,326 network marketers have contacted me and I didn't have to lift a finger. It's not hard to do. It just isn't taught by anyone because they want everything to be '3rd grade duplicatable'.
In the end, the best way to reach out and get in front of other networkers is to advertise, but you need to use Magnetic Sponsoring strategies, or you’ll go broke faster than you can imagine.
We'll talk more about this later, but let’s change gears for a minute and dive into a little bit about prospect psychology…
Have you ever wondered why people say no to you and your offers?
Did you ever have a great discussion with someone who was really interested, yet you could never get them back on the phone?
Well, here’s why that happens and how to prevent it…
Find out these details tomorrow in video number 4.
See you then,

Straight to the point ang mga tips na to, walang halong pang papump ng emotion mo. I will tell you what you need to hear and not what you want to hear. Are you ready? Here's the 7 Network Marketing Tips For Pinoy Networkers...

Pinoy Network Marketing Tips #1  Have an Entrepreneurial Mindset
Karamihan kasi ay tinuturing ang kanilang business as part time. Oo pwede kang kumita ng part time income but you need to treat your business as a real business.

Kaylangan mo ding maging persistent. They fail to treat their network marketing business as a REAL business.

As a network marketer, kaylangan meron ka ding specific goals na pang long-term at short-term success. Isipin mo kung ano ang mga gusto mong maachive 3 Months from now, 6 months from now, after a year, after 5 years, etc...

Developing skills and increasing knowledge through education is very very important too.

Pinoy Network Marketing Tips #2  Target the Right People

Specially kung first time mo sa networking. But most of the time, karamihan sa kanila ay hindi magiging interesado.

The secret to finding key leaders in your organization is by looking or by targeting the right people. Targeting the wrong group of people ay nakaka burn out, magastos at hindi effective. Kung gusto mong matutunan kung sino ang mga tamang tao na kinakausap mo, read books like magnetic sponsoring and attraction marketing blueprint.

Network Marketing Tips #3  You need to have a System

Gusto mong lampasan ang mga kakumpitensya mo? Leverage a proven MLM Marketing System. A tested system practically gives you a step by step action to take and list of tools to use. It gives you successful strategies na pwede mong magamit para magkaron ng duplication sa organization mo, and ultimately explodes your income.

I don't recommend the old system na invite explain recruit. Why? On the surface muka syang duplicable. Andali nga lang naman gawin. But the reality, most uplines who teaches these approach didn't make it big by doing what they are teaching. Interesting huh?

Make sure to have a REAL duplicable and effective MLM System or you could be wasting your valuable time and energy on something that does not work.

Network Marketing Tips #4  Position Yourself as a Leader

Network Marketing Tips #5  Find a Coach

It is so important to ask for advice from experienced network marketers who are creating the results you want. Marami kang matututunan sa mga taong 'to. A mentor can also provide you with the tips and tools na kaylangan mo para magkaron ka ng resulta.

Network Marketing Tips #6  Leverage the Power of The Internet

You can create a group page in facebook dedicated for your team. You can upload video trainings to train your downlines. At napaka rami pang iba.

The bottom line: if you are not using the internet for your network marketing business, napakalaking potential ang sinasayang mo. If you want to learn more on How To Use the Power of the Internet for your network marketing business, simply visit my blog  ^_^...

Network Marketing Tip #7 - Take Massive Action Daily

Yes tama ang nabasa mo. Massive action. Ibig sabihin, hindi pa petiks petiks lang. Kaylangan gumawa ka ng productive action like follow up, presentation, and closing in a day to day basis.

Bakit mo gagawin to? Again this is a matter of stepping up as a leader.

Two Steps on How to Make Money When You’re Broke

I will reveal the number one reason that I believe people stay broke.

1. Their language. If someone becomes accustomed to thinking and telling others how broke they are or how badly they are struggling financially, their vocabulary and thoughts are crafting their world and it has to remain true. You don’t see someone that talks all the time about how broke they are all of a sudden get a big financial win. The first step to learn how to make  money when you’re broke is to STOP telling yourself and others that you are broke.

2. Their environment. The average person just endures their life and does the same mundane crap day after day and really has no interest in those around them thinking bigger or making a big impact on the planet. They like to keep things small and within their comfort zone. IF you are like the average person and didn’t build your friends list with intention, chances are, you are surrounded by people that could care less about your success or financial goals. The second step to learn how to make money when you’re broke is to stop hanging around the same broke mindset friends.

DIFFERENCE between RICH and POOR....

Read on guys!!

If you ask Thomas Corley, being rich has very little to do with luck and everything to do with habits.
Corley, who spent five years monitoring and analyzing the daily activities and habits of people both wealthy and living in poverty (233 wealthy and 128 poor, specifically), isolated what he calls "rich habits" — and many of them are simply patterns of thought.
"I found in my research that wealthy people are by and large optimists," he says. "They practice gratitude and look at happiness like a habit."
Corley, who presents and explains many of his findings in his book "Rich Habits: The Daily Success Habits Of Wealthy Individuals" and on his website, defines "rich people" as those with an annual income of $160,000 or more and a liquid net worth of $3.2 million or more, and "poor people" as those with an annual income or $35,000 or less and a liquid net worth of $5,000 or less.
Here are 10 ways Corley found that rich people think differently, based on statements with which they identify.
1. Rich people believe their habits have a major impact on their lives.
"Daily habits are critical to financial success in life."
Rich people who agree: 52%
Poor people who agree: 3%
Wealthy people think that bad habits create detrimental luck and that good habits create "opportunity luck," meaning they create the opportunities for people to make their own luck. "When I looked at luck," Corley remembers, "a lot of rich people said they were lucky and a lot of poor people said they were unlucky."
2. Rich people believe in the American dream.
"The American dream is no longer possible."
Rich people who agree: 2%
Poor people who agree: 87%
"The American Dream is the idea of unlimited potential, that you can make it on your own," says Corley. In his study, the vast majority of rich people believed that wealth is a big part of the American dream (94%), and that the dream is still possible.
3. Rich people value relationships for professional and personal growth.
"Relationships are critical to financial success."
Rich people who agree: 88%
Poor people who agree: 17%
Not only do rich people feel that their relationships are critical to their success, but they put a lot of effort into maintaining them, making a habit of calling up contacts to congratulate them on life events, wish them a happy birthday, or reaching out just to say hello. "When I applied the hello calls and the life event calls to my own life," recalls Corley, "I ended up making another $60,000 as a result."
4. Rich people love meeting new people.
"I love meeting new people."
Rich people who agree: 68%
Poor people who agree: 11%
Hand in hand with valuing relationships comes making new ones. Rich people both love meeting new people and believe that being liked is important to financial success (in fact, it's a whopping 95% that believe in the power of likability, compared to 9% of poor people).
5. Rich people think that saving is hugely important.
"Saving money is critical to financial success."
Rich people who agree: 88%
Poor people who agree: 52%
"Being wealthy is not just making a lot of money," explains Corley. "It's saving a lot, and accumulating wealth. Many of the people I studied aren't wealthy because they made a lot, but because they saved a lot." He's trying to instill what he calls the 80/20 rule in his own children: Save 20% of your income while living on 80%.
6. Rich people feel that they determine their path in life.
"I believe in fate."
Rich people who agree: 10%
Poor people who agree: 90%
Poor people are significantly more likely to believe that genetics are important to becoming wealthy, and significantly less likely to believe that they're the cause of their own financial status in life. "Most of the wealthy people I talked to were businesspeople who weren't always wealthy," Corley explains, "but they had this attitude that they could do anything."
7. Rich people value creativity over intelligence.
"Creativity is critical to financial success."
Rich people who agree: 75%
Poor people who agree: 11%
While rich people are more likely to believe that creativity influences success, poor people are more likely to think that being "intellectually gifted" is critical. They're also more likely to believe that wealth is usually accidental. "If you look at my stats, you'll find that a lot of wealthy people were C students," says Corley. "There's more to wealth than just being smart."
8. Rich people enjoy their jobs.
"I like (or liked) what I do for a living."
Rich people who agree: 85%
Poor people who agree: 2%
"Many of the wealthy in my study loved their job — it's not an accident," says Corley. In fact, 86% of the wealthy worked an average of 50 hours or more per week (compared to 43% of the poor), and 81% say they do more than their job requires (versus 17%). Corley says it's related to the idea of creativity being important to financial success: "These people found a creative pursuit that could turn into monetary value. When you engage in a creative pursuit that can make money, the rewards are often obscene."
9. Rich people believe that their health influences their success.
"Good health is critical to financial success."
Rich people who agree: 85%
Poor people who agree: 13%
"One of the individuals in my study told me 'I can't make money in a hospital bed,'" Corley remembers. "Wealthy people think that being healthy means fewer sick days, which translates into more productivity and more money."
10. Rich people are willing to take risks.
"I've taken a risk in search of wealth."
Rich people who agree: 63%
Poor people who agree: 6%
"A lot of the wealthy people in the study were business owners who started their own businesses," Corley explains. "They became successes because they were master self-educators who learned from the school of hard knocks." In fact, 27% of the wealthy people in Corley's study admit they've failed at least once in life or in business, compared with 2% of the poor. "Failure is like scar tissue on the brain," Corley says. "The lessons last forever."
